A continuation of restoring a wetlands site at the Headquarters of Game and Parks-Lincoln-East side of the building.

October 7th – Finish removing cattails from the site. Need gloves, muck boots, water bottle and a hands on opportunity to dive in and learn more about what is really in a wetlands site. Maybe just kidding about the diving in. Begins at 8:30. Will only work 2-3 hours. Any help would be appreciated.

Load up piles of cattails that were removed earlier this summer in a dump truck so they can be hauled off. Also remove more of the wet debris from the pond. Begins at 8:30. If you just want to help load the truck probably won’t need boots but will need gloves. If you help remove the debris you will need boots.

What Information Do We Collect?
