The Sandhills Prairie Refuge Association will be sponsoring repairs of the turtle fences along Highway 83 through Valentine National Wildlife Refuge. We plan on working on June 11, 12, 13, and 14. We are looking for people who can work one or more days on the project. The fences, built to reduce road kill on the highway, are in need of repair due to high water, ice, and vehicle collisions. SPRA has raised funds to purchase 250 feet of chain link fence to replace damaged sections. SPRS will host a cookout with a speaker following work on Saturday June 11. Volunteers will also get a Blanding's turtle t-shirt. If you would like to volunteer, contact us at sandhillpra@gmail.com with the day or days you will volunteer and we will send you the meeting place and time and what to bring.

What Information Do We Collect? When you visit our website you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and website use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our website.

How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
