CE: Fall Fungi Foraging Workshop

oin Nebraska Game and Parks Wildlife Educators' as we embark on a journey through the fungi filled scenery of Indian Cave State Park in Southeast Nebraska.
In this FREE workshop participants will have the chance to learn all about fungi. Here, Northern Prairies Land Trust's biologist Chance Brueggemann will be talking with participants about what makes an organism true fungi, what purposes they serve, the huge diversity that Nebraska has, and some fun tips and tricks for identifying them.
Participants will then be led on a guided hike through Indian Cave State Park to look for the many colors of fall fungi in this beautiful area.
Participants will receive fungi information and resources upon completion of the workshop.

This class will be limited to 20 participants.
