Twilight Wander- Season of Transition

Wilderness Park (Lincoln, NE)

Wednesday November 9, 2022; 5:30-7:30pm

Join Nebraska Game and Parks staff and Nebraska Master Naturalists for a Twilight Wander in Wilderness Park. This family friendly program is all about observation of the natural transitions of this season. There will be so much to see, hear, and experience!

What to expect:
In addition to seasonal changes, this program will also focus on the transition in nature from day to night. We will meet at 5:30 PM in the Wilderness Park parking area at 7399 S 1st St #7367.
Join the exploration as we watch the sun glisten through the branches of the trees and listen for owl calls as it grows dark. Sunset will be at 5:15 PM and it will be dark by 6:50 PM. We will provide red lights when it gets darker so you can see where you are going without compromising your vision for the night sky.

Remember to dress for the weather and be sure to use the facilities before you arrive as there are no available bathrooms nearby.

What Information Do We Collect? When you visit our website you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and website use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our website.

How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties?
