CE: Mindful Outdoor Experience by Melissa Breazile
Our time together
will be a 60-minute Mindful Outdoor Experience with gentle movement, breathing
and centering exercises, nature meditation, mindful walking, and sharing. We
will embrace the experience of spring in Nebraska – which means preparing for
varying weather – unless there are extreme or dangerous conditions in the
forecast. We will be walking (slowly!) less than a mile on ground
that has a minimal incline but may be uneven.
How to prepare:
* Come without expectations and allow yourself to be open to a
springtime experience outdoors.
* Dress in layers and
comfortable shoes or boots. Wear what you would be comfortable in for a day
outside.
* Stash a few items in a small backpack if you’d like – things
like water, extra layers, and/or a small blanket for times that we are not
moving or to sit on.
