Audubon’s Rowe Sanctuary Annual Family Crane Carnival

Gibbon, NE (February 28, 2019) – – Join Rowe Sanctuary for the annual Family Crane Carnival on Saturday March 16 from 10:00 am -2:00 pm. This year’s special guest is Alan Bartels, author of the children’s book What’s Going Down in Prairie Dog Town?. At 1:00 pm, Bartels will be doing a special reading of his book.

In addition to our special guest, families will enjoy learning about cranes through hands on activities. There will be a migration challenge course with a series of games that help children learn about the crane migration. Guests of all ages will enjoy learning about crane anatomy and diet at booths with hands-on activities. Children can also learn how to use binoculars, try their hand at several carnival games, and many more activities.

This program is free to attend, but free will donations are encouraged.

What Information Do We Collect?
