Celebrate the Prairie Pines Nature Preserve’s history as a Christmas Tree Farm. Children can create a nature holiday decoration and participate in other nature-based activities. Take a cool walk with a warm cup of complimentary apple cider. Preserve trails and the Nature Ninja course are open from 9 AM - 5 PM. Children must be accompanied by adults. Sorry no pets! The Nebraska Environmental Trust and the Nebraska Academy of Sciences provides funding assistance for Second Saturdays.
