Spring Cleaning - Volunteer Day!
Pioneers Park Nature Center invites the public to volunteer.
Saturday, April 11
10 am - Noon

Tasks include: Garden Clean-up and landscape maintenance.

The plants in our landscaped areas around our buildings are gardens are left untouched over the winter. The leaf litter and old plant debris provide habitat for overwinter insects. Come spring this plant matter needs to be removed for the new growth.

Gloves, tools, and instruction provided. No experience necessary. All volunteers must sign the Lincoln Parks and Recreation waiver form before participation. Children are welcome with accompanied adult.
