The Story of Plastic uncovers the ugly truth behind the current global plastic pollution crisis. Striking footage shot over three continents illustrates the ongoing catastrophe: fields full of garbage, veritable mountains of trash; rivers and seas clogged with waste; and skies choked with the poisonous runoff from plastic production and recycling processes with no end in sight. Original animations, interviews with experts and activists, and never-before-filmed scenes reveal the disastrous consequences of the flood of plastic smothering ecosystems and poisoning communities around the world – and the global movement rising up in response.

Hello! This event has two parts. The first part is to check back here on June 1 to access the link you will need to view The Story Of Plastic. You will be able to view the documentary 2x. Then, on June 13th @ 8 pm, we will all reconvene via Zoom to hear & hold space for each other, answer questions, and brainstorm ways we can break free from plastic in our individual lives & communities. The link will expire on the evening of June 13th (don't worry if you miss this one, we're hosting another screening in September).

What Information Do We Collect? How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
