Sip to a Small Beetle with a Big Impact

Have you ever wondered what conservation looks like on an insect-sized scale? Join us virtually for a sneak peek into the conservation of a critically endangered species native to Nebraska: the Salt Creek tiger beetle. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the Zoo's Salt Creek tiger beetle lab where we are helping save this species from hatch to release, and learn how this indicator species is a sign of a healthy ecosystem.

This program will take place via Zoom. A link will be emailed to all participants prior to the event.
