Rattlesnakes may be one of the most recognizable animals on the planet, I mean, it’s in their name- the rattle! These snakes are known for their heavy bodies and diamond-shaped heads. But, overall these creatures are still very misunderstood. There are a lot of myths and superstitions surrounding them yet, they are still insanely cool and unique. In this Science Of we will be breaking down the 3 different rattlesnakes species we have in Nebraska; where they live, what they eat, and their venom. So, come join us and prepare to learn and respect these venomous creatures even more!
