You are invited to the 2024 Nebraska Master Naturalist Fall Conference

You can expect an annual update, field activities and engaging presentations. Look to connect with fellow Master Naturalists, be inspired by their projects, discuss, share ideas, and contribute to YOUR Nebraska Master Naturalist Program.

Registration is FREE. Coffee, snacks, and lunch will be provided. Overnight accommodations can be made in the city of Chadron. Agenda will be out SOON!

 

CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS AND ANNUAL UPDATE SUBMISSIONS

 

We want to hear what Nebraska Master Naturalists, program partners and supporters, across the state have been up to in 2024! We are seeking presentations, annual updates, ideas or information sharing for our 2024 Nebraska Master Naturalist Fall Conference, September 28th at Chadron State College. 

 

Do you have a cool project you have been working on? Were you inspired this year by your work with Master Naturalist? Will you share your Master Naturalist journey to encourage, inspire and motivate other Master Naturalists in Nebraska? We want to hear from you!

 

Not really up to presenting in front of your peers? Not a problem, your work, projects, ideas, passion, inspirations, and interests can still be showcased in our conference annual update. 

 

Presentations

  • 15 minute time-frame.

  • Within the subject range of our four conservation strategies.

    • Habitat Stewardship, Community Science, Environmental Education & Interpretation, and Outdoor Recreation & Skills

Annual Update Submissions

  • These submissions will be reported in the conference annual update by the Program Coordinator or a fellow Master Naturalist. 

  • Submissions can include:

    • A short synopsis of inspirations, contributions, projects, experiences, connections, ect., you have experience throughout the past year.
